Meet the Team
Dave has been involved in the swimming pool industry for over 30 years. He is a Certified Pool Builder and takes pride in the design and quality product you receive when you work with Easton Pool & Spa, Inc. As a result of his commitment to quality, his work has won international and national design awards throughout his career. Dave runs the day-to-day organization and puts special focus on sales and the design and construction process. He is hands on with our customers but has also put in place a team to ensure every last detail is accounted for.
Dave has a business degree from Bryant University, is a member of the Bio-Lab Dealer Advisory Committee, has served as a board member on the Mansfield Conservation Commission and participates in the Easton Chamber of Commerce,
When he’s not working hard at Easton Pool & Spa, Inc., Dave is an energetic personality who enjoys spending time with he wife and three girls as well as catching up with friends. Dave also loves to play basketball, do Cross-fit and run road races. He rarely sits still and brings that energy to his work.
There comes a time in the whole process of becoming a pool owner when a guy shows up in your backyard and starts digging a hole. That guy would be Rob Hobaica, his specialty is taking that design on paper and turning it into your very own pool. Rob has his hand in virtually every phase of the construction process; not only does he work with his brother Dave in coordinating each stage of your pool’s construction, he also operates much of the heavy equipment, like the excavator and the bob cat. Rob is the seasoned pit crew leader of the construction team – the crew runs like a finely tuned sports car.
Rob’s interests outside of work include spending time with his family, traveling, and going to the gym. He spends time in the off season in Florida re-charging for the next busy season.
In July of 2019, Easton Pool and Spa lost our corporate patriach. Not a day goes by where we don’t quote one of Henry’s tenets, joke about his approach when rewarding his employees or simply just reminiscing about him and how much he is missed. Henry was Easton Pool & Spa. We continue to strive to keep his reputation and our customers happy because as Henry always said “take care of the customer, and they will take care of you.”

Tim has 30 years of experience in distribution, logistics, and manufacturing, including fifteen years of senior executive level experience. He has held the President role at a large privately held family run business and for the last seven years held senior level positions at one of the largest specialty chemical distributors in the world, his last position being Chief Operating Officer for the Americas. Tim has also been an active investor and recently has been heavily involved with an immersive technology start-up that has achieved a second round of funding. There, he was a lead investor, a senior commercial advisor, and held the role of President.
Director of Weekly Services and Gunite Foreman
Mike has been a key contributor to Easton Pool & Spa’s success since 1993. Although he has impacted almost every facet of the company, his most valuable contribution is his leadership in the gunite construction team. If your pool has ever needed a service call, and you’ve had the good fortune to talk with Mike, you know first hand what his many years of pool experience bring to the table! There is no other employee at Easton Pool & Spa who has received more customer accolades than Mike Santel. Mikes’ number one objective is to make sure our customers are happy with their swimming pool, even if we did not build it. He makes sure his team is responsive and on site as soon as he can, and if he can trouble shoot the issue with you over the phone, he is more than happy to help
When Mike isn’t helping our existing customers, he likes to kick back around his own pool with family and friends. And when pool season ends and the snow flies, you’ll find Mike astride his trusty snowmobile, enjoying his off-season to the fullest.
New Pool Sales
Tara has been with Easton Pool & Spa, Inc. since 2012. Coming from Fidelity Investments where she held a Vice President position in their Brokerage Technology Division, she is a great asset to our sales team.

There is nothing that makes Tara happier than packing a suitcase and jumping on a plane with her husband and two daughters! If she’s not working, she is probably traveling.
Field Operations Manager
Matt is our all-star Renovations and Liner Manager. Having been at Easton Pool & Spa, Inc. since 2009, he is responsible for making sure all of our liner replacements, new pool liners and full pool renovations are completed to our high standards. He also oversees the winter safety cover division. What makes him a perfect fit is his broad experience level in all areas of construction, his extreme attention to detail and his willingness to provide the best customer service to our clients.
Amy has been involved with Easton Pool & Spa since 2017 working full-time as a project manager for new pool construction. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and brings years of project management experience.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, coffee with friends and seeing Broadway shows. She is often found down the Cape with her husband, three kids and 2 rescue dogs Arkie and Oliver.
Paula joined Easton in the summer of 2020 and quickly became an essential team player. She is the Office Manager, Permit Coordinator, and David Hobaica’s Executive Assistant. Before coming to Easton, Paula worked numerous rolls in an Event Service Company as an Office Manager, Accounts Manager, Customer Service Manager, Payroll Manager and Executive Assistant to the Owner. When Paula isn’t working she loves to spend time with her family and friends and with her dog Buddah. Also, she likes to work in her garden when she can find the time!
Debbie has been with Easton Pool & Spa since April of 2010 predominantly working with the Service and Liner departments as well as handling the travel and logistics in moving workers and vehicles to and from our job sites on Martha’s Vineyard.
Debbie lives in East Bridgewater with her husband Patrick, and son Ian when he’s home from college. In her free time she enjoys traveling, volunteering with the Special Events group of the Dana Farber-Jimmy Fund Clinic, and continues to enjoy watching her son play soccer.
Kyle joined us in 2010 and started as a part of the service crew. He moved his way to Co-Service Manager this year. Kyle’s impacted all parts of Easton service over the years gaining over 10 years of technical service training. He went to Bristol Plymouth Vocational for high school where he learned the plumbing trade which has helped him here at Easton Pool. Kyle loves educating new people. Whether you’re a new employee on the service team or a new pool owner, Kyle is here to help. When Kyle isn’t working, he loves to hang out with his new puppy!
Steve is responsible for purchasing equipment and supplies for our 3 retail stores and our main warehouse. He makes sure we have what we need when we need it to be able to service our customers as efficiently as possible. Before joining Easton pools in November of 2016 Steve worked in the health care industry for over 30 years in many capacities including Customer Service Management, IT, Medical Billing, Inventory control and delivery/dispatch coordination.
Steve lives in Rhode Island with his wife and sons. After his family his favorite things are going to Patriots games, riding his Harley and his Siberian Husky Max!
Justin took on the role of Construction Manager after 18 years with the company. His knowledge of our construction policies and process as well as his ability to effectively manage the construction team made him the perfect fit for this role. Justin has his hoisting license and is working on his CDL.
When Justin isn’t on site building your swimming pool, he can be found spending time with his family and friends or racing cars!
Construction Manager – PermaCrete Walls
Molly graduated with her bachelor’s in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing from Sage College of Albany in NY in 2018. Molly has over 10 years of pool experience and 4 years of marketing experience. She loves social media and connecting with customers. When Molly isn’t working, she is soaking up the sun whenever she can at the beach with friends and family.
